Garda playing against the wind in the first half put in a workman like performance to be 5 points up at half time.  The Garda team got off to a flying start in the second half, with a sucession of points and an early goal. Two further goals ended the game as a contest with Garda running out easy winners on a score line of 3-15 to 0-5.
